Wadeville St Stage 1 & 2

Skerman Civil served as the civil contractor for the development of 83 residential lots in Heathwood, delivered in two phases.

The project scope covered:

• Extensive bulk earthworks

• Installation of essential services, including stormwater, sewer, and water systems

• Custom design and construction of retaining walls

• Road pavement construction, including asphalt surfacing

• Comprehensive concreting works

• Implementation of environmental protection measures
