Plainlands

Skerman Civil has successfully completed multiple phases at the Plainlands project, delivering nearly 200 residential lots and various commercial parcels.

Acting as Principal Contractor, the comprehensive scope involved:

• Conducting extensive bulk earthworks

• Installing essential wet services infrastructure

• Pavement and asphalt work for new roads

• Constructing retaining walls

• Managing both temporary and permanent environmental controls
